How To Make An Order
• Please carefully read my TOS and prepare any character references in a google drive folder.Please make sure you check the "Anyone with the link" option in general access before sharing.

By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions:IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• I prohibit any use of my art for AI art training purposes. Both personal and commercial commission applied.
• NFT usage is strictly forbidden
• Payment through PayPal or Kofi, currency AUD.
• Please make sure to pay the invoice within one week to secure a slot. If payment is not made in a timely manner after I've placed the Invoice, the commission will be cancelled unless otherwise discussed
• If your order is $100 and above, you'll have partial payment option (Half upfront then the rest after I send a final image with watermark)
• Changing your idea could lead to a change in the price. If you do not have an existing artwork of the character you want to commission, please provide photo or image references.
• I will send a sketch for approval before moving to next step. Revisions may charge fee, small changes are free
• You can use my commission work for your personal purposes only. For commercial use, it will charge 25% -150% extra total price - depending on your usage.
• Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" so nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped.
• I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.
• Credit to me is required when you upload it on your social media or any platform.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission/project that I'm not feel comfortable with.
• I am allowed to post the artworks on my social media unless stated in the request.
• NSFW commission will charge 50% -100% extra fee depending on your request.
• The commission will take about 2 weeks to 2 months to complete depending on how long my queue is and how complex your request/character(s) are. Please be patient. Rush commission will charge 50% extra.REFUNDS
• Refunds are allowed to be requested if commission has not been started. No refunds otherwise.* The transaction fee for the original invoice will be deducted from the amount of refund money you receive (~4.4% the total invoice price, may vary across countries)
• You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason. Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.
